The teaching institutes having medical colleges/DNB/DGO institutes that gives training to the postgraduate students for MD/MS/DNB in Obs.Gyn. will only be eligible to take part in this competition.
Each eligible institute can send one team consisting of 2 postgraduate students, who have not yet appeared for the MD/MS Examinations.
Each team has to bring a letter from HOD that they belong to the Institute, they’re Post Graduates yet to appear exam and that the college has nominated their name for the POGS AMOGS QUIZ
Registration for AMOGS conference is mandatory for the Team members to participate in the Quiz
The teams will have to answer an Elimination Round (before appearing for Final Quiz) consisting of 30 MCQ’s. This round will be conducted if the number of teams exceeds four (4).
Final Quiz will be held amongst the final 4 teams.
It will consist of different rounds along with Identify the Image, Buzzer, Rapid fire etc.
The team securing the highest number of marks will be declared the winner. In the event of a tie between two (or more) teams, tie breaker round will be conducted. Quiz Master’s decision would be final!
Quiz will be conducted at Annual Main conference of AMOGS
The “POGS AMOGS Trophy” will be awarded to the college of the winning team along with attractive prizes to the team members.
The topic for this year’s quiz is- ‘MEDICAL DISORDERS IN PREGNANCY’
