Guidelines for E- Poster Presentation
Presenting author should be member of any AMOGS Society . Presenting Author MUST be a registered delegate of AMOGS 2019 Conference
Each delegate will be allowed to present one paper OR poster .
Save your poster to USB key (thumb) drive and bring it with you the day of your presentation.
All posters at the Congress will be displayed in an innovative Electronic Poster Display Room/ Arena.
Posters will be viewed on computers. Authors are encouraged to be available in the area to discuss their posters and interact with delegates interested in their work.
Set the page size to 36.5"W and 20.5"H. Use a minimum font size of 32 points. Don't overcrowd the slide.
The E-poster will be displayed on standard 42"(Diagonal)LCD screen
File format should be Powerpoint (.PPT).
Total size of the presentation should not exceed 10MB.
Maximum number of slides per E-poster : 2 (Two)
All slides should be in landscape format
You are requested to submit your poster / abstract a [email protected] by 10th Jan 2019. Subject line of this mail should be: AMOGS 2019 poster for uploading.
Animation/movies/sounds will not be supported; please submit in a static PPT format only
Please also carry a soft copy with you in case of any technical hitches.
poster presentation will be for 3 minutes with 2 minutes discussion.
You have to show the conference registration receipt at the time of presentation.
Last date for submission of abstracts / e- posters is 10th Jan 2019
