Guidelines for Paper Presentation
Presenting author should be member of any AMOGS society.
Presenting author must be a registered delegate for the Annual conference AMOGS 2019.
Only one presentation (paper/poster) per presenting author will be allowed.
Kindly do not submit an abstract under more than 1 category.
Paper presentation will be for 7 minutes with 2 minutes discussion.
poster presentation will be for 3 minutes with 2 minutes discussion.
By submission of an Abstract , the author transfers copyright ownership to the organising committee for publications. The organising committee reserves the right to reproduce it in print or electronic media.
The first author will be the contact person for all correspondence regarding the presentation.

Subject line of this mail should be : AMOGS 2019 Abstract paper/poster
Abstract Submission caterories :
1.Medical disorders in pregnancy
2.Paediatric and adolescent gynaecology
3.Miscellaneous
Insructions for abstract:
The abstract for paper/poster presentation needs to be restricted to not more than 200 words , use Times New Roman font with size 12.
The title should be short and concise and must NOT be written in capital letters.
Standard abbreviations can be used. However unusual abbreviations should be in brackets after the full word, particularly when it appears for the first time.
Figures, tables and graphs should not be included in the abstact.
Generic names of drugs should be used.
In case of original research the results have to besubmitted with the abstract.
No references are needed with abstract submission.
Structure of abstract:
For orignal research/reviews : Introduction, Aims and Objectives, Materials and methods, Results, Conclusion
For case studies : Introduction, Aims and Objectives, Background, Case, Conclusion
Last date of abstract submission 10 th January 2019.
Last date of notification to authors 15 th January 2019.
All abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of experts and will be accepted as oral free papers/poster presentations during AMOGS 2019
All submissions will be acknowleged by email. Kindly provide your current working e-mail ID along with mobile number.

3 Prizes for each category
Kindly submit bonafide certificate from institute and permission letter from HOD for PG students and passing certificate and degree certificate for delegate category.
Presenting author have to show conference registration receipt at the time of presentation.
